Integration with ILRepack or ILMerge

Is it possible to add a packer to utilize IL merging tools such as ILMerge or ILRepack, which automatically merge referenced DLLs (or annotated DLLs with ObfuscatorAttributes like Eazfuscator) into the primary assembly?
