Tested on macOS 12.5.1 Monterey

Tested with both SDHC and SDXC

Your kernel log is incomplete. Please carefully read the FAQ and dump the kernel log as required.

Also please take a look at https://github.com/0xFireWolf/RealtekCardReader/issues/38 to see whether upgrading to the latest macOS version along with necessary kernel extensions can resolve your issue.
