Explore the idea of having a 'watch' mode

The issue when I use wtf is symbolizing traces too often - every invocation needs a lot of arguments and it just makes it annoying to run it several times. The idea would be to implement a directory / file watch mode, where every new file / updated file get symbolized automatically; so you run symbolizer once and can just browse the files as you need them.
