SpineCoverLeft/Right don't fit in Spine Assembly

One or more parts included in Spine Assembly must have their versions mixed up (due to partial restore from backup after file corruption). Axis and Plane constraints in Spine Assembly are broken because of this, and SpineCoverLeft/SpineCoverRight cannot be constrained.
